Forbes and Co.; appears to be a collection of manuscripts bound together, pages are numbered at top right each page has seal; map titled "Tierras de los Senores Panton Leslie y Compania" lower right corner reads "Copied by T. D. Sariot. Atty for J. Forbes' heirs"
Seal on each page:
Male and female figure sitting on either side of an oval space (male being "Europe" and female "America"), the words "plus", "ultra" and "colon" written between them; figures are framed in square, the words "Officio A 1886 y 87" written at the top and "5 C. De Pese" written at the bottom.
